How do I rent a unit at Picks Mini Storage?
We’ve made it incredibly easy! You can take advantage of our quick sign-up process online or give us a call. Since our facilities are unmanned, our digital rental system allows you to secure your space and get your access code in record time.

Where are your facilities located?
We have two convenient locations in Middle Tennessee:
  • White Bluff: 3000 Westcott Rd (at the corner of Hwy 47), near Bryan’s Steakhouse.
  • Nunnelly: 3257 State Hwy 48, directly across from the Nunnelly Post Office.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Not at all! We offer flexible month-to-month rentals so you can stay as long (or as short) as you need. Combined with online bill pay, managing your stay is a total breeze.

Security & Access

Is my stuff safe at your facility?
Absolutely. We take pride in providing a safe and secure facility. Both locations are fully fenced and gated, and we utilize security cameras to monitor exactly who enters and exits the grounds. Your peace of mind is our top priority!

When can I access my storage unit?
You can visit your unit 7 days a week! Our access hours are 6 am to 10 pm, giving you the flexibility to drop by before work or later in the evening.

What is "Drive-Up Access"?
It’s the ultimate convenience! Drive-up access means you can park your car, van, or moving truck directly in front of your unit door. No elevators, no long hallways—just easy loading and unloading.

How do I pay my monthly bill?
